My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. I often hear about the rising rate of preventive diseases like diabetes, obesity, heart disease and high blood pressure. These diseases are mainly caused by stress, poor eating habits, depression, PTSD, Etc.
